Really enjoyed this, Brandon. It made me curious about the possibility of revising my first book as well. There is a lot I'd love to update. I also remember how much I enjoyed reading your book on writing and having the chance to interview you on In The Room. Hope you're well!

I enjoyed that conversation, too! Let me know if you take any steps toward revising. In my experience, the publisher has to be behind the idea.

Ha. Fair question. No particular turns of phrase, that I recall. But I was surprised to discover that I was already very interested in the particularity of each local church and in issues of contextualization (even though I hadn't heard that term) all those years ago. It's fun to see some through-lines in thought that I didn't know were there.
